1. Book & drop off or arrange collection

Call us on 0161 926 8412, send a message, or book online. Bring your dress to our Altrincham shop on Borough Road, or let us collect it from your home throughout Cheshire and Manchester

2. Assessment & specialist cleaning

We inspect your dress carefully before cleaning, then choose the most appropriate method for the fabric — dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or a combination of both. Every dress is carefully hand finished once cleaned.

3. Packaging & return

Your dress is returned in a protective garment bag, or packaged in one of our beautiful presentation and storage boxes (from £55). We’ll contact you when it’s ready or arrange delivery.

Wedding dress collection & delivery

We can collect your wedding dress from your home and return it once cleaned. Collection is available across WA14, WA15, WA16, M23, M33 and SK9 postcodes. Please contact us if you live a little further away — we’ll do our best to help.
