Primarily for all my laundry, about once a month, every month. So, I've given them approximately 85 loads of laundry in total in that time! I have not had one single issue with their service in all that time. The quality of the work is excellent, plus they are timely and very friendly. After searching for local trainer cleaning services, Altrincham Dry Cleaners came up. I was initially very sceptical about whether they could be saved, but paying the £40 to get them professionally cleaned was absolutely worth it. They have come out looking brand new! They always iron perfectly and wrap everything in tissue paper - it’s the little attention to detail I like. They always message when ready and always on time if not before scheduled time. They offer delivery too. Recently I gave them 140 napkins to iron for a wedding which I needed quickly and they delivered within 48 hours which was perfect! 1. Book & drop off or arrange collection

Bring your shirts, bedding and everyday ironing to 55 Borough Road, or book a collection and we’ll pick up from your door.

2. We press to order

Everything is finished by hand on professional kit. Want it washed too? Choose wash-and-iron and we’ll launder it first.

3. Collect or delivered back

Ready in 2–3 working days, on hangers or folded and ready to go. Collect from the shop or we’ll deliver it back to you. Express service on request.

Ironing collection & delivery

We can collect your ironing from your home and return it when sorted. Collection is available across WA14, WA15, WA16, M23, M33 and SK9 postcodes. Please contact us if you live a little further away — we’ll do our best to help.

How do you price ironing?

Per item, with everything listed on the page — for example shirts at £3.40 and a double bed set at £17.15. Drop off whatever you’ve got and we’ll total it up before we start, so there are no surprises.

How quickly will my ironing be ready?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days. If you need shirts back faster, ask at the counter and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can you collect and deliver my ironing?

Yes — across Altrincham and the surrounding WA and SK postcodes. It’s free over £35, £3.95 between £20 and £35, with a £20 minimum order.

Do you do wash and iron together?

We do. Hand your laundry over and we’ll wash, dry and press it ready to wear or hang — ideal for shirts you wear every week.

What types of garments do you iron?

Shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, bed linen and most everyday items. If you’re unsure about a delicate or unusual fabric, just ask and we’ll advise.

Do I need to book, or can I just drop in?

Either. Pop in during opening hours, or book a collection online if you’d rather we came to you.

What if I’m not happy with the finish?

Bring it back within 48 hours and we’ll re-press it free of charge. We want it right.

Where are you, and is there parking?
