Garments are washed at 30°C with Ariel Professional and Lenor, then tumble dried on a cool setting. Items not suited to these settings are processed at the customer's risk — please separate anything you're concerned about and ask our staff.
A water-based process with many benefits, but some inherent risks such as shrinkage, colour run or loss, and effects on adhesives. It's also less effective than dry cleaning on some oil and grease marks.
We clean strictly to the care instructions attached. Damage can occur from incorrect labels, material or manufacturing defects, or sun/damp "rot". Vinyl or blackout linings may blister or peel during cleaning, sometimes only apparent afterwards.
Often made from several skins or panels that respond differently to cleaning, which can lead to shrinkage, wrinkles or texture change. Colour loss may not be restorable, and it isn't always possible to remove every stain.
Cleaned to care label instructions where available; otherwise we'll discuss methods and may ask permission to proceed at your own risk. It may not be possible to get a dress 100% clean, and cleaning can highlight marks or loosen beads and trims.
If you're not happy with how clean we've got your garment, bring it back within 48 hours and we'll have another go for free — and we'll prioritise it so you're not waiting.
